Good morning my friends, how are you all doing? Of course you all know that today is the last day of 2013 and I have a few questions for you guys.

3. What was your biggest fitness challenge in 2013?
4. What are you looking forward to the most in 2014 as far as your fitness plans?
This past year was fairly decent for Batiste Fitness. I picked up some clients and I lost a few but I’ve also changed my approach to training them. I think in this upcoming year, I will finally start to see some major advances.
As for my own personal fitness goals, I’ve never been more excited about what’s happening to my strength and my physique. I seem to have done what few bodybuilders have been struggling with. Most people say that you can’t build muscle mass and burn fat at the same time but I have managed to be very successful at doing it. My body fat is constantly dropping and my weight is also increasing. The newly acquired strength that I’ve gained is even more amazing. These days, I really do feel like the Incredible Hulk.
Depending on where my physique is in several months, I will decide whether or not I will enter my first bodybuilding competition in the first half of 2014 or wait until later in the year. Either way, I’m very excited about what is happening and I can honestly say that it is only because of the grace of God. I asked Him and He is constantly blessing me.
